Video consultations set up
It has enabled us to get "eyes on" those people we are concerned about but also has enabled people to see us. Feedback has been very positive across a range of age groups and conditions- both from staff and patients.
Formal evaluation and outcome tools not yet used to evaluate or compare to previous pathway
What is needed to sustain the change?
Formal evaluation of outcomes and process.
Will need more supported hardware and some system changes to embed this as a n additional option moving forward
